Fainting downtown

I went to my girlfriend's with my mom and her friend, her friend started being pretty borderline "I wanna fuck you" towards me, (he's an old man) so me and my mom left Setting changes but concept stays, me and my mom walk out of my sister's door and instead of her friend following us, it's my guy friend, I didn't notice the subtle difference and so the dream continued as usual We walked a different way from my sister's house, trying to get home, as we walked my mom talked about a celebrity doppelganger who lives in the area, and I said "he probably gets paid for promotions, as the actor/or playing the doppelganger" and she agreed, after that, I skipped ahead and found myself downtown - my mom never found me during the rest of the dream. I crossed WIDE street, even though the lights were a bit screwy, and landed on the other side, I took a few more steps til I was beside a building and then everything went black (I'd fainted), I woke up (still in the dream), in a hospital with a nurse telling me what happened and that they were going to have to poke me with needles, just as she left, I got up out of the bed (my intentions were unclear, it was either to wander or to get a drink, but not to run away), and heard four lab workers naming things I'd eaten, an apple, a can of soda, a banana, a few chips. They didn't see me, though Imagined them just naming off foods in a bathtub until one of them matched up. ~ Then I woke up ~
