I was working at a cute little store with small gadgets and toys. There were some food isles that had mostly snacks. It reminded me of a gift shop. I thought I was doing a pretty good job, until a man walked in and asked for my help. He wanted a cake, so I tried to find one of those already prepared doughy rolls that he can shape out and turn into a cake. It took me... a good minute to find one for him, which really embarrassed me. He was kind, nonetheless, and we eventually found one. It was the very last one. When he took it over to check out, the woman opened up the wrapper, and the roll had gotten stuck to the inside of it. It’s like it melted or something. I was more annoyed than embarrassed at that point, and apologized to the man. He was still kind and even laughed. Long story short, he finally left. Progressively, the store was beginning to expand. By the way, I was working with a ton of people I knew. For some reason, Amir even worked there. Anyway, there was Charlotte, Riley, Kayleigh, Mary Fran, and Claire. I really just wanted to die. It seemed like everyone was getting way better at the job, and like I was this lost puppy who deserved to get fired. The store turned into an entire market, and I kept getting lost. I tried walking around it to memorize where everything is, but it was too difficult. It’s like the more I stressed out, the more the store grew. I remember a segment of the dream where we all finished our shifts or something, and went out into the parking lot. We were laying on this huuuuuge, huge, huuuuge gigantic blue mat outside. There was a TV too. I think one of us had snuck out some type of dessert to eat, but I don’t remember trying it. Maybe, I was too scared of getting in trouble. We all ended up getting in trouble anyway, because it turned out that our shift really wasn’t over. In we went all over again. I don’t remember that much else, except getting lost and not knowing what to do. Oh right, Riley and I were helping each other find stuff near the end. I was still stressed out, but thaaaaankful big time. That’s it. | feelings: loneliness, embarrassment, irritation, anger, stress, sneakiness, guilt, agony, suicidal thoughts, thankful, tired, bored
