Human upgrade

I was working in a high-tech building. I was being modified and upgraded. it was time for me to leave. I left in a DeLorean type high tech vehicle. I had landed in another place almost seemed like another time. When I arrived, I wear in a tiny vehicle close to the ground with a tall safety flag. I kept getting it entangled with a USA flag on a pole.  there was people waiting for there for me. there was someone special waiting for me. there were people like authorities that I had to explain stuff to. I felt like I had been through something very hard like maybe being a crime victim or something I'm not sure exactly what but I felt like I was in a much better place.
