Fainted

I was at my local city market, with bags in hand going to put stuff in my car. Standing outside my car with the drivers door open, I see my sister in law Amber pull up in front of me in another parking spot in her black dodge suv. She gets out and says “hey Brian! What’s up!” I start to respond to her when I notice my body start to fall as I see black dots everywhere. I was fainting and I couldn’t do anything to prevent it! I just saw Amber say, “Brian! What the hell! No!” And then my vision went almost black with just a line of light crossing through. I was passed out and could still somehow hear all the other people around demanding to call an ambulance and such. I kept trying to open my eyes so I could tell everyone, don’t worry I’ll be fine! But I couldn’t. I was stuck in a coma like state. I finally was able to come to, when I looked and saw a lady in a nurses outfit, and she asks “what?! You don’t need an ambulance?!” And I said “no I’m fine!!” And she called off the emergency services. My vision still had black dots in it though and it was terrifying. Amber has disappeared. And that’s the last thing I remember. Dream felt incredibly real and weird. I could feel my body smack the ground as I fainted. In most cases that’d jolt me awake in a panic, but it didn’t.
