Weird pimple

Last night I dreamt I had this painful black pimple on my gut, to the right of my belly button. I squeezed it, and a bunch of black gooey residue squirted out. After that I just had a big hole in my stomach that was full of this yellowish gelatinous liquid, but I didn't bleed or anything. My mom was there, too, but she didn't really say anything.
