free shopping spree

I am at a pretty busy mall/train station where there is a toy store. It is some sort of outside theme park stand. There is a helpful young black adolescent there. Sone other black guy, probably the owner, walks up to me and tells me i have won a shopping spree. I have to tell the boy what i want and he gives it to me, but idk if there is a time limit. It felt like it took really long. I walk away with some stuff, including 2 big 1000+ pcs puzzles.
