what the f***?

At first, I thought I had sleep paralysis. A girl/woman comes in my bedroom and stands at the doorway. The woman looked like she was from The Grudge. She has messy long black hair that covered her eyes, and had a white messy dress. Instead of walking towards me, her head just kinda flew out of its body and zoomed in and got closer really to me really quick.
