half asleep dreaming

i keep doing random things while i’m sleeping, like looking at my phone and then i try to scroll and it wakes me up as i’m just rubbing my fingers together. it’s kinda funny bc i wake up and my right hand will still be in phone holding position. another thing i’ve been seeing is dark figures, one as a cat curled up on my bed, some out of the corner of my eye. then there was a phone call. i picked up and it was quiet for a second and then a low voice said uh hi uhhh then hung up. (lollllll it was scary atm but now it sounds funny.) it seemed so real i had to check my calls in the morning. am i transitioning into full on lucid dreaming??? oh cool and i just realized at one point there were ppl holding my arms i was screaming to some insanely loud pitch that broke everyone’s ears
