After a long day at the office, the girls decided to go out for some drinks. Lydia Drove. The night was a blur but it was all so much fun. We laugh and danced as the stars lit up the sky. Night awoken to day and we all said it was time to go. Out of no where my sister Savannah appeared and needed a ride home. We squished in the car, not much room or air. I knew I would be home soon. With my head on Savannahs shoulder I stared to doze off but I noticed Linda kept driving faster and faster. All of a sudden the road turn left, trees and grass surround us in both sides. My stomach dropped as my head jerked and jolted. I grabbed my sister and screamed, “don’t let go.” Together, we took a deep breathe in and out. And suddenly everyone disappeared from the car but me and the driver. Now the car was in the air my window hit the ground first. I felt the glass break against my arm followed by the sound of the crunching car. Everything was silent as we continued to flip down an embankment. After what seemed to be forever, we started to slide up a hill covered in wet grass and pink flowers. These flowers grew wild, they were so beautiful. There was fog all around from the heat of the car, I started to move and look around, everyone was back in the car. Hanging upside down, with what seemed to be confetti made of metal and glass, I was the only one awake, I couldn’t believe how no one woke up during the thrashing of the car. I crawled out of the car and they all became conscious, they were so worried about me, because I was wide awake when it happened. People surrounded us, appeared out of thin air. All of a sudden I started walking down a cobble stone road with buildings on both sides (looked like Amsterdam) and there was Lydia, I forget what we talked about, but she was so sad. But then all of a sudden she was extremely mad. I remember driving the car through her eyes as soon as the road began to turn. My view point went from driver to passenger and back and forth through the entire scene of the car crash. I could feel her sadness, anxiety, and rage. But I don’t know why. I could feel the heavy ness in her chest as she choked back tears and then the steam rise from the bottom of my belly out through the ears with anger. She ran away from me, still angry, like it was my fault or I was placing the blame on her. I’m not sure why she was mad. But then suddenly we were back in the car (crunched and all) singing a song and driving down the road.
