Skeleton and Sister

In the start of this game/story, there was a skeleton and his sister, during this outbreak. Their mom brought them to a hospital, and someone was walking in a way that he would recognize later, and cut someone's break line. The sister got something done, and the skeleton guy got some meat on his bones. Later, his sister was trapped or something, and he opened some windows for her. He left the one open with a frog, where Archer could also hop into, so she could see him, and opened most of the others except one that had a jewel beetle. I had to shoot infected people while playing as him, and could use slowmo VATS.
