mouthful of needles

Hi everyone. I've been having a recurring topic in my dreams for the last week or so (it's very graphic and gory so beware): it basically starts with me eating some sort of fish wo realising and then having a mouthful of fish bones piercing everywhere inside my mouth, I try not to panic and start taking the piercing bones one at a time, realising they're really big, and lodged deep in my throat, my tongue, my gums, etc. Often there's ppl around me talking abt stuff I feel compelled to comment but I physically can't; I'm trying to extract all these needles from my mouth but they never seem to end, even though I haven't continued eating. And it hurts a lot. I've had the fishbones in my mouth dream at least three times. But last night there was a variation and it involved a tree (not a cactus) with pricks all around it's leaves, I'm not sure what happens but the next thing I know is that I'm covered in all these wood pricks; my fingers, my cheeks, my eyelids, my lips. And again, I'm trying to take them out on my own and the pain is excruciating. The difference between the two is that the wood splinters are really short, all of them. Whereas the fishbones are all long, as if it where from the fish rib cage.
