population control

The government was doing population control on the US. They hacked into everyone’s smartphones & would put up a timer on the screens. The timer was a countdown for another mass shooting by the swat team, trained army officials, & snipers. So everyone has these timers on their phone but we all don’t know where the attack will go, once time runs out. When the timers pop up on the phones, you’re supposed to freeze wherever you are so they can get a headcount. They also took everyone’s dogs & if your dogs attacked them, or showed signs of aggression, they would put them down.
