I guess I’m a vampire slayer, now

Mother in law is showing me a large, Addams Family -esque house. It’s been in her mother’s family for many generations. It was originally standing in Dublin, Ireland, but was deconstructed and rebuilt here. A plaque above the door reads “FULLER 1819”. Ornate locks decoratively frame the round attic window. The house had a derelict quality. Husband and I are inspired to visit Dublin. We take the kids, and stay in a similarly mouldering and dark rental house. The rooms have high ceilings and come off of a long main hallway, like a “railroad” house. One room is being rented to a skittish man in his mid twenties. He has shoulder length blonde hair and practices occult rituals. While exploring an outdoor market, we run into an old acquaintance of husband’s. We decide to meet for a meal at a pub. She has long black hair and is wearing a brick red duster. She warns us that some reckless vampires have been spotted roaming the city after nightfall. They’ve mostly just made mischief, but it would be wise to return to our rental before then. She advises us that they cannot enter uninvited. We leave, and return to the rental. Night falls, and overhear a commotion down a nearby street. The vampires (who have a “Lost Boys” vibe) are harassing some people. I tell the kids and husband to stay inside. I stay concealed near the window and observe the situation, wondering how I could help. Shortly, I hear our blonde neighbor’s voice. He’s somehow banishing the vampires. He returns with one of the harassed passersby, who is lightly injured. To my surprise, it’s an old classmate, who eventually had moved to Ireland (in real life). I find that he’s been studying and translating some old pagan writings. He and I chat with our neighbor, and we decide to get in touch with my husband’s acquaintance, to drive out the vampires before they do any serious harm. Unfortunately, the dream ended there.
