Harassment Directive

"Gad! What a day I've had!" HR Jane complains. "We have to report to the government on all harassment cases and identify which incidents were first times and which are on-going. It's so much!" I'm speachless! A useless time-waster of a directive. Why not Stop Harassment? Why not Training? I can't even respond. Then I say, "Wow, I guess you're busy!" and keep walking. Fuck!
