Ummm idk if thats a real thing but i kept trying to punch things but my knuckle was already too damaged and kept going inside my hand and i couldnt hold a fist properly then at home which was huge for some reason sungjong from infinite was there and he massaged my hand until it felt normal and i was like thanks sungjong :)
