Foggy violence in war zone

Very foggy dream that doesn’t make much sense. Part 1 Taylor and I are living in a modest apartment with our dog Heidi. It feels like what I imagine Russia would. An old man neighbor is gunned down in the front of our apartment. We are shocked. We keep his dog. Part 2 We’re walking down a deserted residential street. My brother, Derek is walking with some thugs. He has betrayed us. Tried to hurt us. We somehow manage to overcome him. I tell him I’m disappointed as we cuff him and load him into a car. Part 3 The sensation of a first time snow day + the freedom of the end of the world. My friends and I are playing in smoke. Pure happiness and a tinge of despair. We meet a tranny. She drinks 1 type of beer only (2 words separated by & but cannot recall. Brown can). I develop a fondness for her. She seems damaged but confident. Part 4 The tranny is missing. We go to a bar to find her. The only bar that sells her beer. Max is there. This must be a nice place! Order a beer — her favorite. $42. Nope, no thanks.
