Made eye contact with myself

I was in a room with other people and there was an L-shaped pink couch that ran along two walls in room. On the couch I thought I saw myself curled up, and when I went to take a closer look, I could see it was me and I made eye contact with myself. I loudly told everyone else in the room, "Hey that's me! I can see myself!" And they were all super sarcastic and didn't believe me, responding like "uh huh suuuure you dooo." It was like a secret I shared with only myself or something, it was creepy.
