I can't be in two places at once and my mom's boyfriend does not look like himself

I had two places to be at the same time, some kind of physical therapy or doctor appointment and I also had to take some test. I traveled to the PT/doctor appt in this weird vehicle. Don't really remember much at this point. Then I had a dream that my mom's boyfriend was over. Something was off about him to me, and I kept staring at him. I realized he looked like a completely different guy, a guy with smaller eyes. I didn't think he was very good-looking. I was confused, and it kinda bothered me that he wasn't my mom's real boyfriend from real life. I thought maybe she was dating someone else, and she didn't tell us. I just didn't like this guy at all. I talked about it with my sister in a separate room, but she didn't seem to notice.
