My Insecurities

I have dreams like this often so it's not horrible for me but it still upsets me. In these dreams I'm somewhere then all of a sudden someone I know starts screaming all my insecurities at me and saying they make me disgusting and how everyone hates me. They're just saying all these things that I say to myself. They suck. I've even had some where I'm speaking to myself. In this particular dream it was some kid from my first period class.
