Working for my dad

My dad went back to work (after retiring) as a college president and offered me a job recruiting students. I was so excited and told some friends that I knew he would be very easy to work for. And then I realized if I left my current job, I would not get the retirement benefit that I’ve worked so hard for. So I decided to stay where I was.
