Short lucid about bedbugs

I became lucid and realized I'm upstairs in my mom's apartment. I had just recognized midway through this dream and there was something happening where an exterminator was supposed to be coming to the house. I went to the door to open it and in walked an older gentleman with that one piece trouser uniform that plumbers or mechanics sometimes wear. I told him to come in and do what he needed to do and while he was doing that I was going to start working on my dream goals. I realized that I was dreaming, a little before I opened the doors and I sort of bounced on the floor and floated to the ceiling after the gentlemen walked into my apartment. Then, next thing I know, I'm being pulled back to my body very quickly. That's how it feels at least. I'm pulled for a while, completely aware. Then for a moment I recognize being pulled through my ceiling and past a TV that's on upstairs and then into my body on my bed. I don't see anything but I heard the TV as I was being pulled past it. When I was entering my body it felt like I was being sucked back in like how the ghost busters used to trap ghosts. I also screamed nooooooooo because I didn't want to come back lol
