Lost on a bike ride

My dad, my cousins, and I went for a bike ride on the bike trail. We accidentally went on someone's private property. They chased us away. we ditched the bikes and ran through some corn fields until we came to a suburb. We were completely lost by then so we went to someone's house to ask for directions and a ride home. We met a guy named Jason and he gave us a ride home.
