Cracking Off

I can't remember the setting of my dream. At some point, I looked down at my phone and a small slice of the screen, like a 2x15 mm rectangle, had fallen off. As looked on the ground for to price of glass, the hole in my screen continues to chip away. Eventually I find some of the pieces and I puzzle them back where they are mostly supposed to be. It doesn't look that great, but it will do it I can get a screen protector to go over it and hold it there. Then I scratch my left upper outer arm and I notice something feels weird. A piece of my skin has come off! Beneath it, inset by about 3 mm, is more skin, so it didn't look gross, but it did look wrong. As I try to find the piece of skin that cracked off, more pieces disappear and the hole becomes bigger. I find the pieces and repeat the same process as with my phone, fitting then back into place. I wake up.
