Dr. Kaur has getting a huge photo shoot while pregnant (with glamour clothing and makeup) and I thought that’s strange because she doesn’t look very good pregnant. Then in the present time, she was getting her picture taken along with lots of other families and sure was dressed in a more casual outfit and looked much better.
