Mother knows best

This dream happened at like 2-3am and I woke up at 3:30 am. Now I'm writing it. It was a sunny summer day and I was just out enjoying my day off from work. I was in the library when my friend calls me. He tells me that his mom has given him an earful and would like to speak to me, he would be translating (she only speaks korean). She first apologizes for her stupid son and all the heart ache , worry, and pain he has put me through. I'm assuming he told her about my feelings for him. She then says that he asked him who he cared about more, me or his current girlfriend. She says she asked him who has stood by him more, and who would hurt him more if they were to leave his life today. I was flustered and overwhelmed that she was speaking to me for the first time and about something so embarrassing as my feelings for her son. I then asked who did he say. He said me. She then proceeds to hit him on the head and says something along the lines of, then stop being so foolish and hurting the girl! You like her, be with her and be happy! After this he apologized to me and said he'd call me later so we could speak properly. To which I woke up because my actual friend sent me a message saying he looked super cool in a video -____-.
