Abusive Household

In my dream I was an orphan, and I found a new home. Turns out one friend of mine (who is also my crush) is at the same house, and she told me the two adults are abusive. They would snap a turtle's neck, or their baby's neck. I could even hear him crying. No wonder I had a weird feeling about them. I grabbed my knife and started packing up to run away with a friend. Then, the dream suddenly changed to me playing Dark Souls 3 in that house.
