I was everywhere and everyone

In my dream, I was watching a large screen tv mounted on the wall, where the bottom of the screen’s height matched the top of my head as I stood, so I had to lift my head to look at it. The tv showed a bustling street in a small town filled with different people milling about. But as I took a closer look, they were all women and all the women were me. I was in different outfits and doing varying jobs. One of the jobs was me as a doctor! I never felt the interest or the brains to be a doctor. I timidly asked my doctor self how did she become a doctor. I never heard her answer because my attention then shifted and the scene changed. I was in the company of my ex hubby and his family.
