I Had a dream that I was the one that created the Timelords I Created them with people and clay and I created everything about them I created there earth which is called Earth Earth and also after I created the Timelords The Doctor was a Renagade Timelord and he also said he was one of them as well he also explained that I was the one that created the Timelords
