*Unprepared ...

[7/10/17] I’m in a bedroom(?) sewing a fancy dress ... I’m in a wedding party. It’s time to go, I go to get my bag to put everything in, can’t find it ... end up grabbing everything and running, Mom is hurrying me. We get to her car/van, she has an ironing board set up in the back ... she needs to pack her stuff before we leave ... she’s crabby. I notice I have no shoes with me, tell her I’m going back to get some ... then notice I have a bolt of peacock-blue velvet, stuck with hundreds of straight pins ... I look at the ironing board, hundreds more straight pins. I grab the bolt and return to house for shoes ... I am in a classroom, have 2 tests (chemistry and math) in the next couple of days ... I know nothing about the material, wonder if I should read the books and try to pass ... then I’m talking to someone (guidance counselor?) and pretty-much decide to drop these courses, fail this semester if need be, then change majors and go back in strong ... I’m considering marketing as a possibility. [part 1: everything is a jumble, I am not pulled together and ready ... Mom pops in, is her typically crabby self and as usual is focused on herself ... and I try to indulge her. The pins and velvet??? part 2: standard not-ready for a test dream ... what’s odd is that in real life I have a degree in chemistry and am strong with math ... had never heard of marketing, let alone considered it, back when I was in school.]
