The city of Solitude

I was in the city called Solitude in Skyrim and I had become a bard. In one of my leisurely walks around the city, I heard the sudden blaring of brass instruments accompanied by screaming choirs. The bards of Solitude working together as an alarm. In my confusion, I asked a local what was happening. He informed me that there was a compulsory event occurring and told me of the numerous methods of torture/punishment that were implemented in Solitude for missing such an event . One that sparked my interest was a form of punishment where a group of criminals would be forced onto a ship for 2 days in the heat with nothing but a bottle of water each. There were supervisors and whatnot too who would make meals for the prisoners throughout the trip. I saw this as a challenge and decided to actually sign myself up for it. So I set off to the Solitude docks and boarded the deadly ship. I was immediately greeted by the prisoners on the main deck. They all seemed like cool guys and I was having banter with them for a bit. The banter was interrupted when an official-seeming lady came up to me asking why I was not with my assigned supervisor. I explained to her that I just got on and had not been assigned a supervisor so she took me to the interior of the ship. Inside was a kitchen of sorts where they prepared the prisoner's meals with a lobby in front. In this lobby, I was greeted by who I assume was the manager or something. They gestured to a group of idling people in uniform and an Asian girl who seemed about my age followed by a scary-looking Asian dude. They handed me my water bottle which I'd be using for the next 2 days and took After we chatted for a bit, the sun and its heat finally hit me and I realised how rough this was really gonna be.
