Rising Waters

In a city like San Francisco in that there was a bridge. In a tunnel. Escaping as there were earthquakes and rising Waters. Someone killed the donkey-like animal I gave a carrot to. Got locked in because was too busy eating salami. One mom, some sort of mayor escaped to elaborate underground cave in the cliff with her son but that flooded as well. Others escape to the top of the mountain with winding paths.
