Sickness

Abby is terribly sick. She has a fever of 105 and looks like hell. She opens her mouth and there are little splotches on her tongue. While her mouth is open, she puts a small worm on her tongue. She stares blankly as she slowly retracts her tongue into her mouth and swallows the worm. Once she does that, she lays down in the bed in which she is sitting. For some reason, I feel like I'm not myself, but instead I'm her mother. I start to console her and put on a mask. It's like a gas mask with a tube attached to the front of it. Once I place it on her, it's clear that it helps her speak in a Steven Hawkins like manner. She asks that I pull the covers up over her, so I do. She begins to vomit, which appears to be the purpose of the mask (to suck the vomit up). She continues to puke over and over. I wake up.
