I was in New York and my grandma and I were going somewhere, but I was following her. We ran into an acquaintance of mine, who I thought just happened to be going the same direction as us. Turns out my grandma was following him, but he was leading her the wrong way. We ended up at this time-share/cult kind of place that was trying to convince us (and the rest of my family who was there now) to spend thousands of dollars to get one of these living spaces. When we were trying to leave I remembered I'd been there before, and the subway stop just outside that area didn't work. I lead everyone to the next closest stop, which had taken me forever to find in the past. We got there right as the train did and had to climb some steps to get on. I knew we'd be cutting it close but I thought we'd be able to make it. I climb on and rush to find a seat. I looked around when the train started moving and realized I was the only one who got on.
