Ident Alice

what I was trying to do yesterday, going to my spirit guide and going to the place called "Thare" I was extremely close after exiting the body I was sort of going all over the place, I went all around my house and when I finally gained control I flee out the balcony and screamed out "Ident Alice" which is my spirit guides name that I couldn't retrieve yesterday, it didn't work the first 2 times but the third time I did it with extreme intent and in a haze of light I was almost there, I saw the vibrant city in the distance but before I could come across to the city I was snapped back to body, probably my excitement made me snap back
