Pharmacist class?

I had a dream where I was in some choir where every time I went I got a free admission ticket that I could give to friends. One time when I went to a practice I tied a ticket to an umbrella and threw it into the sky and when it came down the umbrella broke. This made me angry Some point later I was in some pharmacist class (which doesn't't make sense). The teacher asked me how people get extra medication for when there sick. Then for some reason I answered that a girl could go to the gynecologist to get extra medication. Then the teacher handed me a phone and told me to say that to some one else. this person on the phone had a strange accent and never seemed to answer clearly back to me. then he suddenly just stopped answering. The phone hung up and went to some voicemail but it was speaking russian, but still said something usually like: the person who you are calling is not here... After this I hung up and walked to some field in Russia where a bus with English advertisements was driving in circles around me.
