Swollen lymph nodes

I woke up and felt my neck and felt a pea-sized lump on both sides of my neck. Being 18 and living with my mother, I had her check. At first she felt above them and said nothing is there, then I had her feel the lumps and she said oh. Suddenly they started dropping and fell to my collarbone.
