Giant Snake and Creepy Guy

There's a giant snake wrapped around a train moving downhill. As I watch the train go downhill, I notice a man watching me with these creepy wide intense dark eyes from around a wall. He's making his way towards me. Always eyes on me. He seems humored. His eyes feel like they're devouring me, so intense.
