Attacked By My Best Friend In A Wrestling Ring

I am standing in a wrestling and about to cut a promo on my opponents when my supposed best friend came out of no where and dropkicked my back, causing me to travel across the diagonal of the ring and when I lifted my head she'd slam it repeatedly into the ground whilst screaming that she was and will always be better than me. I was so confused by her actions and had no idea what to do because I never expected my best friend to turn her back on me. Security rushed to the ring and I was taken away in a stretcher to be checked out by a doctor. It turned out that she snapped my neck from her Missile Dropkick and I wasn't allowed to do any dangerous stunts or lift heavy objects because I could end up paralysed from the neck down.
