Books and I don’t even know

At one point in the dream I’m digging through my bookshelf searching for something to read. I come across a number of books i don’t own in real life but I did in the dream. At one point I come across a Harry Potter book that’s apparently the last one in the series, taking place after the actual last book. I decide not to read it because I already have, and continue my search. At another point in my dream, my granny is taking me car shopping. Apparently she promised a car dealer that we would check out his car. We had apparently already bought a table, which for some reason meant that we might not buy a car. We go to the dealer anyway and I explain to him what I want: something reliable, preferably with good gas mileage. He shows me a car that is a lot like my aunts, with a backup camera and stuff. I don’t remember if we bought it. The other parts of the dream are really fuzzy in my mind. Something about my grandma going to some hair salon and getting mad that they cut her hair a certain way. At another point, I’m with a couple friends who I don’t have in real life, we’re in some sort of apocalyptic scene. One of my friends wants to be a doctor, the other friend has literally been torn in half somehow and died. I put his body on my other friends lap and tell her he’s her first patient, he can’t judge her anymore. It’s extremely weird.
