teeth falling out

I had a dream last night that I reached into my mouth to feel the back of my tooth because it was aching and when I brought my hand out I was holding eggshell size chunks of my teeth and they kept falling apart even when my tongue would touch them. The doctor in my dream said its because my wisdom teeth built up too much pressure and shattered all of my molars.
