Poison

In my dream I was at the MGW conference it was in a different hotel than was expected and my room was very small and dirty and the key did not work very well. The location was more like a low rent motel or apartment building. There was a young man that had the key to my room but I convinced him to give it to me because I did not feel safe with other people having it he was very cooperative. The main focal part of the dream that I recall is that I was standing in the bathroom and I had this horrible infection site on the back of my leg behind my knee and it was draining infection. It was streaked with red and had a huge lump inside of it that was hard. There was pus and blood just pouring out of it and I was crying. My oldest cousin walked into the bathroom and I tried to cover it up and hide my tears. She pushed the towel away from my leg and saw the infection site and began to push on it to expel all the poison from it. She was sympathetic was brutal in her actions and I just stood there crying from the pain. I don't know if it all got removed before I woke up.
