Can't defend myself in a Fight

Date: 7/24/2019

I was on a night out with some friends and I think we were on a parking spot by a nightclub and what happend was, I was talking to some friends and some other people came over wanting to start some beef for no apparent reason. And the weird thing is, I can never defend myself properly in my dreams, like when I want to punch someone, it never goes like I want it to, its like im in slow motion and weirdly enough now its the same with stabbing. So anyways, someone went at a friend of mine and another went for me and me and this dude were going at it, tossing and turning, and the funny thing is, he wasn't able to stab me, that was the only thing I could prevent, but he was able to cut me on my hand. But even with someone trying to stab me, it was like i couldn't do that what I was thinking about the whole time (strategy with fighting) and again it was like i was in slow motion. And what is really weird is that I even said in my dream "oh yeah, I can't properly defend myself in dreams, why is this" and what pisses me off is that it wasn't a lucid dream 😅. But the last thing i remember, is him cutting my hand 2 or 3 times (but not deep) and as I look down at my hand, I see the cuts and instantly wake up and look at my hand to see if I have cuts on my hand.
