Is it Real?

I was taking my meds and having a melt down. My family was done with me and didnt want anything to do with me. I was breaking at this and tried fighting back to make them see sense. Explain to them what was happening, but they didnt even believe I was actually sick. So my mom blamed my medication for my attitude and tossed them at me. I woke up before they left.
