swank hotel no longer swank

I was back at the hotel where I worked from 2008-2012. I observed activities as an outsider, and I was no longer recognized, because it was a whole new front desk staff there. The front desk people were all in more casual clothes. Sort of. They were wearing black hoodies with their suits. It seemed to make the hotel "cheaper," and their hoodies changed my opinion about the type of clients they were used to serving.
