Excited about investment opportunities

My work was helping me buy a restaurant. I had gone there recently for a delicious breakfast and thought it was the perfect investment. It was in this house right off the highway and near the ocean. It was going out of business. The grounds were a wreck. I saw a report that discussed possible flooding in the area from the ocean. The restaurant also had mixed reviews online, but all the most recent reviews were good. I went there to take some pictures and a woman, she must have been the owner, came running out. She was furious. “You the lady taking my restaurant??” she asked. I left. The woman at work who was working on the sale with me wanted to have the meeting over dinner. I was looking forward to it. I told my boyfriend about it and he didn’t seem to care. I explained how much money we would make from this and he just wasn’t interested. The next time I was at work my boss approached me and said he had another great idea, I should build an orthodontist building in town. There were a bunch of orthodontists already but he was sure it would bring in a ton of business.
