Ball and Chain

I was in some huge mansion with some really weird people upstairs there were huge loud creatures coming at us. We were fighting them back then I did this insane chant in a room and that opened a portal to a black smoke monster. This thing moved super fast and stealthy and sounded like chains cranking. It moved from room to room and killed anything that moved. We were then scared of this creature that we released and it came back into our room. The noises it made were enough to make you crap your pants. I was on the corner trying to hide and it came right up to me. The thing stared me down and finally I woke up. It was like looking into death itself.
