mentorship and volunteering

In waking life, I had just finished a one-semester course on improving my confidence and job searching skills while exploring career move options. In my dream, some of the women in this mentorship program invited me to a social gathering that seemed appealing to me. I think it may have been bowling. Before and after social event, I was with some of the ladies in the common area, around the entrance. One of the ladies said she wanted to be transparent and invited me to join their group and gave me the reason why. I don't recall exactly, but I think it was a volunteer group through her church. Some part of me felt bamboozled and tricked. I said I'll have to think about it. Meanwhile, the kindest of the mentors was also there, and I noticed we were both wearing pajamas beneath our sweaters. It was only the top part of the pajamas. Her pajama top was her second layer and mine was the third layer. They were exactly the same color and design. I thought it was fun and odd, but she brushed it off like it was nothing.
