Sky island village

[not necessarily reoccurring, but very familiar.] When you arrive at this island, you have two options. You can complete your quest, and have the option to live on this beautiful sky island forever, or you can jump off the side of the cliff into the never ending sky and kill yourself. I think this is a sort of purgatory. You’re welcome to enter the village to ask other people for help and tools to guide you on your quest. Your quest is usually something you didn’t get to do before you died. This boy came, and I guess his was to throw a gravestone into the abyss, so he found me at a really fancy restaurant and we traded gravestones and were going to throw them off the cliff (we had to trade) but we couldn’t actually find mine so we debated taking a stranger’s. Unfortunately, the first one I encountered was of a previous god of the land so oops. We left after that, didn’t wanna risk breaking something. We tossed them in, which meant his quest was over. He had the choice to stay here, or leave. Before I knew the answer, I remembered hearing about the cave. I couldn’t remember exactly what was said about it when I arrived, but I seemed to think it was like an ancient legend that someone would go in there and do something awesome so I took the boy into the cave. Turns out no, there wasn’t anything in there. I started to jump out when I notice a giant Santa clause face with the body of an iron golem, but like 3X bigger. Then I remembered the legend said that he was sealed away there, and we weren’t ever supposed to go in. And then Josh woke me up.
