I had a dream that something was going wrong with my heart and it was killing me. The only way to fix it was to cut open my chest and pull out my own heart and clean it in the sink, so I went to the bathroom and just casually cut open my chest, it didn't hurt at all. I reached in my chest and pulled out my heart. For some reason my heart wasn't like a normal heart, it was a hard plastic box that had 4 separate compartments in it that were pumping blood. and at the bottom of the box was a Water chamber that I immediately recognized as the same type of chamber that I pour water into in my C-Pap machine. The chamber acted as a tray that collected all of the bad stuff and toxins that were filtered out from the other parts of the heart. It was completely full of dark red thick viscous blood. I figured out that the reason why my heart wasn't working right was because this chamber needed to be emptied and cleaned, so I pulled it out and started rinsing it out in the bathroom sink. I was doing all of this like it was totally normal and I had done it a 100 times before. I think I may have woke up after this.
