Dorm Stay

I was parting ways with a friend I was going to meet up with later on in the day for some event. I want to say say we were going to watch fireworks or something of the sort. I guess in my dream I lived in a dorm even though I was taking one class and home was close. I go to my dorm and go to take a shower but halfway through I realize I still have my backpack on. I take it off and it’s wet and soaking but I don’t get how I forgot to take it off when I had taken all my clothes off to get into the shower. I then noticed that I was too tall for the shower itself and there was a light in the shower above my head and the top of my head was already able to touch the light. I was confused but was taken out of my dream by my alarm clock.
